By accessing or using any services provided by RocketVPS ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, clients, and registered account holders.
2. Services
RocketVPS provides virtual private server (VPS) hosting and related infrastructure services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
Service specifications, pricing, and features are detailed on our website and may be updated from time to time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date. Accounts found to contain false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated.
4. Payment and Billing
All fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Taxes and other charges may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable Use
Your use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm our infrastructure, other customers, or third parties.
6. Service Level Agreement
Our uptime guarantees and support commitments are detailed in our Service Level Agreement. Credits for downtime are issued in accordance with the SLA terms.
7. Termination
You may cancel your services at any time through the client portal. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms, the AUP, or any other policies.
Upon termination, all data stored on our servers will be permanently deleted within 7 days. We strongly recommend backing up your data before cancelling.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RocketVPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
